Let Your Worries Go
A gentle tool for noticing a worry, sorting what is in your control, and choosing one next step.
When to Use This Tool
When a worry keeps circling, it can start to feel stuck. This tool gives the worry a place to land for a moment, then helps you notice what part is in your control, partly in your control, or outside your control.
You do not have to make the worry disappear. You are simply creating a little space around it.
Use this when you feel caught in rumination, uncertainty, or “what if” thoughts.

Your Worry Leaves Reflection
You can screenshot this, copy it, or simply let it be enough for now.
You do not have to solve it right now. Just give it a place to land.
